When it came to managing Hold Your Horses, accessibility, ease of communication, and simplicity were key for managing a large team that would eventually expand to include more members. Due to the size of our team, we relied on an assignments sheet to monitor team members' assignments, along with when they were last contacted. Tracking animation and layout progress accurately was also paramount, and separating the shot and layout lists aided in giving equal attention to the progress of these elements of production. Because Hold Your Horses is a SCAD Capstone film, we also utilized a detailed task list to track the status of items needed for deliverables, along with when those deliverables were due.
